UV Vacuum Metallization Coatings
Plastic components like parts for mobile phones, automotive headlamp reflectors, cosmetic packaging etc. are vacuum metalized. To level the surface, improve adhesion and to ensure uniform vacuum metallization, base coats are applied on the substrates before vacuum metallization.
